The project completed signing of contract with all the 510 households (involving buildings of approx. 240,000 m²) in 38 days, making a wonder in the history of relocation in Shenzhen.
Overview: The site covers an area of approximately 132,200m², involving 323 buildings with floor area of 233,800m² in all. The project owner plans to invest ¥46.5b to build an industrial building of more than 600,000 m² in floor area. Total investment of ¥46.5b is planned for Huaxing Photoelectricity 11th generation line project, making it the biggest budget industrial project since formation of the Shenzhen City. Under plan, industrial building of more than 600,000 m² in floor area will be built. After completion, it will be the world's biggest single electronic industrial building.
